ANTEX Asia 2024 Pre-show Reminder for Exhibitors

Dear Exhibitors,

Thank you for participating in ANTEX Asia 2024 ! The exhibition will be held from 13 - 15 November 2024 (Wednesday to Friday), and we look forward to seeing you in Bangkok, Thailand!

As the event approaches, we encourage you to review all relevant materials and ensure your preparations for participation. This reminder includes:

Part 1: Exhibitor Check-in

Exhibitor check-in & Exhibitor badge collection

Please remind the exhibitors to bring valid personal business cards to the onsite exhibitor check-in counter and collect important materials and all exhibitor badges that your company has applied for.

Exhibitors must wear their respective exhibitor badges to enter the exhibition hall.

Important Reminders:

All exhibitors should keep their exhibitor badges safe to avoid loss; exhibitor badges must not be lent to others.

If the exhibitor cannot present valid identification, they will not be able to collect the exhibitor badge and important materials.

Exhibitor Check-in Counter Opening Hours and Location

(1) Check-in Counter opening hours: 12 November 2024 (Tue) 08:00-18:00

(2) Venue: Hall EH99, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) 88 Bangna-Trad Road (Km.1), Bangna, Bangkok 10260, Thailand

(3) Check-in Counter location: Outside the EH99 hall at the exhibitor registration area (as shown in the image)

Additional Exhibitor Badges

The application deadline for exhibitor badges has passed (4 October 2024). If exhibitors need to apply for additional badges, they must do so at the exhibitor check-in, with a fee of THB 400 per badge. If you need to apply, please prepare cash in advance for on-site payment.

Note: The final deadline for processing all exhibitor badges is 18:00 (Bangkok time) on 12 November 2024 (Tuesday). Late applications will not be accepted.

Part 3: Important Activities and Arrangements for the Exhibition

1. Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony of the exhibition will take place on 13 November 2024 (Wednesday) from 10:15 to 10:45. Exhibitors can participate at the main entrance of Hall EH99.

2. Networking: Cocktail Hour with Industry Peers

(1) Participation: Each exhibitor may send 2 representatives to participate, signing in with their exhibitor badges.

(2) Location: Networking Area in Hall EH99

(3) Themes and Times:

         Session 1: Premier Gathering with VIPs and Industry leaders

         Time: 16:00 - 17:30, 13 November 2024 (Wednesday)

         Session 2: Relaxed Networking with Industry Colleagues

         Time: 16:00 - 17:30, 14 November 2024 (Thursday)

3. Business Matching

Organizers provide professional matching services for exhibitors and attendees. In late October, the organizers shared the exhibitor information and list with invited buyers and professional attendees, who will select exhibitors of interest based on their business needs and hope to meet with them in the Business Matching area in Hall EH99. Please pay attention to the organizers' thematic sharing for more information.

If exhibitors need to use the Business Matching area in Hall EH99 to discuss with important clients, they can register at the reception desk in the Business Matching area with their exhibitor badges, and staff will arrange a meeting table for them.

4. ANTEX Asia Nonwovens Conference 2024

During the exhibition, a series of thematic speeches and meetings will take place. Exhibitors can register with their exhibitor badges to enter the Conference Area in Hall EH99.
