📌 How It Works

1 HKD (at member price) = 1 Jeeves Point
Points are automatically earned with every invoice for valid members
Redeem points for savings on future services

🎁 Claim Rules

1,000 Points = HK$25 rebate
2,000 Points = HK$50 rebate
3,000 Points = HK$75 rebate
4,000 Points = HK$100 rebate
5,000 Points = HK$125 rebate
10,000 Points = HK$250 rebate

🧾 Redemption Guidelines & Terms

Redemption is capped at HK$250 per invoice (maximum 10,000 points per invoice)
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (Jan 1 – Dec 31 each year)
Unused points are automatically cleared at the beginning of each calendar year
Points cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be redeemed against eligible invoices
Points are non-transferable and linked to a single registered member account
Points are not earned on cash credits or account top-ups
Points can be accumulated across all services, including cleaning, restoration, alterations, and merchandise
Jeeves reserves the right to amend or update the terms of redemption at any time and retains final discretion over all claims
Any misuse or abuse of the points system may result in termination of the account’s points balance

積分不可兌換現金，只適用於合資格發票折扣
積分不可轉讓，並僅限於單一註冊會員帳戶
現金儲值或帳戶增值不會獲得積分
積分可累積於所有服務，包括乾洗、修復、修改及商品購買
Jeeves 保留隨時修改或更新兌換條款的權利，並對所有申請擁有最終決定權
如有任何濫用或不當使用積分系統的情況，Jeeves 有權終止該帳戶的積分資格
