Terms and Conditions – Complimentary Cleaning Offer

1. Eligibility
This offer is exclusively for the original recipient of the promotional message and is non-transferable. Each eligible client may redeem one complimentary cleaning of a single plain item from the following categories:
- Shirt / Dress Shirt
- Trousers / Slacks / Jeans / Shorts
- Vest
- Short Jacket
- Plain Short Dress
- T-Shirt

2. Quota and Transition
- The offer is limited to 40 garments on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Once the quota is filled, the promotion will automatically shift to a Buy One, Get One Free offer, valid until 31 October 2025.

3. Redemption Limit
- Each recipient may claim this offer once only. Multiple redemptions or transfers are not permitted.

4. Conditions
- Only plain items qualify. Garments with embellishments or special fabrics may incur surcharges.
- Complimentary cleaning covers the base item only; any applicable surcharges remain chargeable.
- The Buy One, Get One Free offer applies to items of equal or lesser value, redeemed in the same transaction.
- This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

5. General
- Jeeves (HK) Limited reserves the right to determine item eligibility and amend or withdraw the offer without notice.
