Holiday Schedule Overview (Oct 2025):
  • Hong Kong: Closed on 1 Oct (National Day) and 7 Oct (Mid-Autumn Festival).
  • Mainland China Offices: Closed from 1 Oct to 8 Oct (National Day Holiday).
  • Taiwan: Closed on 6 Oct (Mid-Autumn Festival) and 10 Oct (National Day).
  • Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia: Normal working schedule except regular weekends.
 
All other dates remain regular working days.
 
Important Reminders
It is critical to anticipate the seasonal challenges these holidays bring. Please be aware of the following:
  1. Space & Capacity: Carriers often reduce sailings around long holidays in Mainland China. Space may be tight leading up to 1 Oct—early bookings are strongly recommended.
  2. Documentation Cut-offs: Ensure all shipping instructions, SI, and customs paperwork are submitted well in advance, especially for China-origin cargo. Customs clearance will not process during closure dates.
  3. Inland Transportation: Trucking availability in China is usually limited during the Golden Week period. Pre-arrange pick-ups and deliveries to avoid bottlenecks.
 
If you have time-sensitive shipments, please flag them now so we act accordingly.
