Executive Cleaning Package – November 2025 Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The General Terms and Conditions of Service apply to this promotion and can be viewed at jeeves.com.hk/terms and conditions. The following outlines specific terms for this package.
2. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for the package once purchased.
3. No refunds will be provided for individual item cleaning.
4. Refunds for upcharges may be granted at the sole discretion of Jeeves.
5. Each package includes prepaid cleaning for 8 suits, 8 shirts, 2 sweaters, and 1 tie or scarf (total 19 items). No substitutions, additions, or changes to the item mix are permitted.
6. All items listed in the package must be standard garments. Nonstandard items will incur additional charges in accordance with Jeeves’ upcharge policy and pricing.
7. The package is valid for exactly one year from the date of purchase.
8. Unused services will not be refunded or extended beyond the expiry date.
9. Jeeves reserves the right to accept or reject any items that do not fall within its defined garment categories.
10. All suits must be cleaned as complete two-piece sets. This means trousers for men or skirts for women, and they must be matching in material, colour, and brand.

3. 套票內任何單件衣物之乾洗服務均不設退款。
4. 附加費退款將由 Jeeves 全權酌情決定。
5. 每套票包括預付乾洗服務：8套西裝、8件襯衫、2件毛衣及1條領帶或絲巾（共19件）。不得更換、添加或替換任何衣物項目。
6. 套票所列衣物必須為標準衣物。如屬非標準衣物，將根據 Jeeves 附加收費政策及價目表收取額外費用。
7. 套票有效期為購買日起計一整年。
8. 逾期未使用之服務將不獲退款或延期。
9. Jeeves 保留接受或拒絕任何不屬於其衣物分類範疇之物品的權利。
10 所有西裝必須以完整兩件式清洗，包括男士西褲或女士裙款，且必須為同一品牌、同一物料及同一顏色之配套。
